We leave for Fez, where we will skirt the forest of Rif until we reach the Roman ruins of the city of Volubilis. We will visit the ruins with an ‘optional’ local guide and then we will continue towards Meknés, a city that reached its apogee thanks to the Sultan Mulay Ismail. From Fez we will go to the Middle Atlas stopping at Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Africa. The next town will be Azrou passing through the national park known for its cedars where the famous monkeys of the area are located. Then we will visit the Ziz Valley that will take us to Erfoud, known for its fossils.
Arrival to the desert where we changed the 4 × 4 by dromedaries, with which we will take a nice two-hour walk through the dunes until we reach the haimas camp, in the heart of the desert where we will receive, according to the Sahara tradition, a tea Berber. Night in haimas under the stars of the desert.
We will see the sunrise over a sea of dunes. After breakfast we will return to Merzouga on a camel and after a shower we will visit Khamlia, the so-called ‘black people’ town, so called because its inhabitants are descendants of the old slave trade that came from the Sudan. They are excellent musicians and have made this art their way of life. With them we will enjoy a small gnawa music concert. We will return to the 4 × 4 to visit one of the tracks that used in the ‘Rally Paris-Dakar’, visiting the mines of Khol and the remains of a French and Berber village. We will make a panoramic stop to contemplate the sand desert that includes the Erg Chebbi as a whole.
We will visit some desert nomads in the process of sedentary lifestyle with whom we can drink tea and learn more about their way of life. Return to the hotel. Free afternoon and night in the desert hotel.
After breakfast, we will return on camels to the hotel where we will shower and then start our fourth day of travel through Morocco. We will go to Rissani, known for one of the most authentic markets in southern Morocco and little frequented by tourists, where we can find a parking lot for donkeys and nomads who come to stock up. After this visit, we will go to the Gorges of Todra, famous for its towering walls where climbers come from all over the world. We visit the gorges and continue our tour to the Dades Valley and then connect with the Valley of Roses and the Valley of the Thousand Kasbahs. We will discover the kasbahs that are in the middle of this valley and then we will go to Ouarzazate, also the Hollywood of Morocco.

After breakfast, we will visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and after 25 km of road we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, famous for being the scene of cinematographic blockbusters like the Oscar-winning ‘Lawrence of Arabia’, ‘Heaven Protector’ or ‘Babel’. We will follow the road that, crossing the port of Tichka will lead us again to the ‘Red City’: Marrakech.

After the desert, we will make a guided tour of the city. Numerous are the monuments that you can visit: Ben Youssef Madrasa, Bahia Palace, Jemaa el Fna Square, Saadian Tombs, Souks and the Koutoubia Mosque. Free afternoon and night in a charming riad.
After breakfast, we will pick up our private transport at the agreed place and start our trip to the Atlantic coast, bound for Essaouira, the old Mogador. On the way we will cross immense forests of Argan, from where the precious oil of Argan is extracted and we will be able to see its elaboration in some of the cooperatives that exist. This town was an old Portuguese citadel and behind its walls, hide many picturesque places full of history, which you can start discovering yourself, just arrive.
Free day through Essaouira. You can choose between a wide and varied sample of activities that are offered on the beaches of the city. There is the possibility of touring the beach on horseback, dromedary, quad or if you like to walk, make an extensive walk on the shores of the Atlantic. Reach up to your coastal dunes or sunbathe. It also offers a wide range of water sports such as kite surfing, wind surfing or surfing, jet skis, etc … If you choose to walk the streets of the medina, you will find numerous shops, artisans and artists who offer their works at a good price.
